Oksana Grigorieva Throws Mel-Less Birthday Bash for Daughter

Sorry, little Lucia. We missed your first birthday over the weekend. But we weren't the only ones.
Oksana Grigorieva threw a party for her daughter on Saturday afternoon, inviting 20 friends and family members. Mel Gibson's invite must have been lost in the mail, however.
The actor - who was deposed today, with Oksana sitting alongside her lawyer and across from her baby's daddy during the three-hour Q&A - was absent from the festivities, which took place at Oksana's home in Sherman Oaks.

As her parents continue their ugly, public custody battle, Lucia resides with Grigorieva, but often sees Gibson. Their overnight visits take place approximately once a week.

If Mel wants to get his his child a present, we hear her mother is looking for something green.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller: It's Finally Over!

It's finally over for Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen.
The couple filed for divorce from one another this afternoon, as TMZ has obtained the divorce documents - which are the same documents signed by the pair in May. Among other issues settled in the papers:

• Mueller and Sheen receive joint legal custody of their twin sons. Brooke gets primary physical custody, while Charlie gets visitation rights.
• Brooke will receive $55,000/month in child support, and the document ensures that she'll never receive less money than Charlie doles out to Denise Richards to support her and their daughters.

• Mueller will receive a lump sum of $757,689.70.
• Sheen gets the family home, but must pay Brooke around $1 million for it.
• Sheen will keep his $5.45 million watch collection. Yes, Charlie Sheen has a $5.45 million watch collection.

This official split comes a week after Sheen was discovered passed out in a NYC hotel room, supposedly high on cocaine and definitely in the presence of Capri Anderson, a porn star/call girl.

Taylor Swift to Launch Fragrance

Taylor Swift says she's inspired to write songs based on her dating experiences.
Therefore, we can't help but wonder: what will her upcoming fragrance line smell like? Some kind of Joe Jonas/John Mayer mash-up?

The talented singer announced plans this week for her own perfume, saying in a statement:
“I have always loved how fragrance can shape a memory... the way certain scents remind you of events and people that are imprinted in your thoughts. Lately, I’ve been having fun experimenting with combining some of my favorite scents, so I’m really excited about working with Elizabeth Arden to develop my own unique fragrance.”
Consumers will have plenty of time to contemplate the perfume. It won't hit stores until the fall of 2011.

Demi Lovato to Seek Treatment for "Emotional and Physical Issues," Quits Tour

Hurry up and get better, Demi Lovato.
The young singer has dropped out of her global tour and admitted that she's in need of treatment for what her rep describes as "emotional and physical issues."

"Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help," the rep says. "She is doing just that. Demi and her family ask that the media please respect their privacy during this difficult time. She regrets not being able to finish her tour, but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future."

A friend close to the singer - who sang a duet with ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas just last week in Mexico City - told People her pal "was bullied in school. She fought through eating disorders and has struggled with cutting."

Katy Perry Rates Self "10 Out of 10" in Bed

Maybe it's boasting, but somehow it fits. If Katy Perry rated herself a 5-6, that just wouldn't fit with our perception of her or boost her record sales much.
Her childhood may have been a bit sheltered, but as an adult, the pop star has no qualms about her wild ways in the bedroom with husband Russell Brand.
"Like Ludacris raps, 'I'm a lady in the street and a freak in the bed,'" she told Now Magazine. "If you ask Russell I'm sure he'd give me a 10 out of 10."

GOLD STANDARD: Katy Perry sets it, bedroom-style.

The pair, who got married in India last month, are happy as can be, and Perry isn't worried about her hubby straying, despite a history of skirt-chasing.
"He's made no secret of his life before me, but that's then and this is the future," she said. "He's cheated in the past but he knows how good he has it with me and I know he'd never do anything to jeopardize that. I trust him 100 percent."

Devon James Files For Bankruptcy

No wonder Devon James has been conjuring up every lie in the book in an effort to squeeze money out of former lover Tiger Woods: She's bankrupt!
The Florida porn star selling an alleged Tiger Woods sex tape, which she claims she was offered $300,000 for the rights to. Guess that wasn't true.
Bankruptcy papers Devon and husband Nick James filed under penalty of perjury list their assets at zero to $50,000. No mention of any Tiger tape.

SO MANY HOLES: Devon James' story has more than Tiger ... never mind.

The brazen Devon James, who falsely claimed Tiger Woods was the father of her love child Austin earlier this year, is actually $231,124.01 in debt.
Amazingly, they are still accepting orders on tigertapexxx [dot] com and are still advertising "Devon James and Tiger Woods Sex Tape On Sale Now."
They claim on the site, which accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard and PayPal, that the tape will be released Nov. 15. It was previously Nov. 1.
Astonishingly, Devon and Nick have no proof the tape exists. Any asset as valuable as a Tiger Woods sex tape would be listed on Chapter 7 papers.
Despite hawking a tape of "Tiger Woods playing all the holes" on his girl, Dev says she has zero intellectual property. So basically, she's a fraud.
Teneal Goyco, who said he was Tiger's doppel-banger and that Devon paid him $1,000 to star in the faux Tiger tape, pretty much cleared that up.
This should confirm it beyond any doubt, however.

Liam Hemsworth: Cheating on Miley with Yolanda Vendy?

Sources say Miley Cyrus got back together with Liam Hemsworth because she was seeking a sense of stability in the face of her parents' divorce.
So we wonder how the singer will take this news: the Australian actor was spotted Down Under this weekend, attending the Myer Derby After Dark Party at a nightclub - and he wasn't alone.
Part-time model Yolanda Vendy met Liam that day and was by his side all night, onlookers confirm, as the blonde was asked if she and Hemsworth were friends. Her mysterious response? If that's what you want to call it.

Vendy (pictured, middle) and Hemsworth reportedly spent most of the night whispering to each other and were two of the last guests to leave the festivities.

This doesn't mean Liam was unfaithful to Miley, of course. For her sake, considering all she's going through in her personal life, we hope he's remaining loyal. But Hemsworth should know that perception is often reality and should be taking extreme measures these days to avoid circumstances such as this.

Teen Mom Creepin': Gary Shirley Hits on Random Girl!

Wow. Amber Portwood is really going to beat his ass this time.
Gary Shirley was seen grinding on another girl (as seen in the image posted by Radar Online after the jump) in the latest drama from the Teen Mom tandem.
"They were making out, whispering to each other. She was even nibbling on Gary's ear," a witness said. "They were dancing and grinding with each other."

Despite being hit by Amber Portwood on national TV, then being dumped so she could date another man, Gary Shirley has stood by the Teen Mom star.
Why? It's extremely difficult to figure out. Seems he just can't quit her.
The parents of baby Leah even renewed their commitment recently. After seeing this, she's gonna renew her commitment to punching him in the head.
The most astonishing thing about Gary's creepin'? The girl was cute.
"This girl was so cute, I was shocked. I can't believe he cries about Amber, then goes and does this," a source said. "I was happy when I heard he and Amber got back together but when I saw him with this other woman I was really disappointed."
Gary seemed to be kicked out of the house weekly during the filming of Teen Mom but Amber's father, Shawn, revealed that despite the televised battle, the couple was in counseling for months, and he hoped that they would get married.
Things don't look promising for the young parents, however.
"Amber and Gary are doing their separate thing right now," said a source close to Gary Shirley, explaining the complex matter. "He's not seeing anyone. He's not in any relationship. They are doing separate things right now. But he loves Amber."
Not enough that he won't grind ... but he loves her.

Meghan Jones: Dating Jake Pavelka For Some Reason!

Jake Pavelka, the former star of The Bachelorette, The Bachelor and Dancing With the Stars, has a new girlfriend in Meghan Jones, a Dallas wedding planner.
The pool of available men must be running dry in north Texas.

Jake, who was dubiously engaged to Vienna Girardi earlier this year, is just gushing about Meghan Jones. Their favorite way to spend time together? Travel.
"We're going to flip a coin in the morning," he said. "It's either going to be Hawaii, Australia, Bali or Bangkok." We'd suggest eHarmony instead, Megs.

Britney Spears: Living in Fear of Fernando Flores?

Britney Spears' handlers are asking a judge to protect her from a "shake down" by a former bodyguard who they believe could put the pop singer in danger.
Fernando Flores, a who claims the pop star sexually harassed him by, among other things, walking around her home naked, poses a threat to her, they say.
The risk is less about potential physical harm than the information he has. Flores is looking to have the case tried in civil court, which troubles Team Spears.

Britney's conservators are concerned that Flores will use the public forum to release private information about the eccentric celebrity to extort a settlement.
In new legal docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Britney's camp has asked the judge to move the case to a probate court in order to keep it private.
The conservators also say, "There is a real possibility that Ms. Spears will be exposed to danger by the release of confidential and personal information."
It's unclear what this dude's problem is. What's the big deal, Fernando? When any other guys see Britney Spears nude, their first instinct is to whip out something besides a cell phone to call their lawyer. Sexual harassment? Please.

Lindsay Lohan Celebrates Halloween in Rehab

Lindsay Lohan's friends visited her for the first time in rehab Sunday, bringing special treats for the occasion. We're talking heroin and cocaine Halloween costumes!
English socialite Victoria Hervey and LiLo's rumored assistant/girlfriend Eilat Anschel teamed up with chief enabler/mom Dina to spread spooky cheer for LiLo.
They brought costumes to the Betty Ford Clinic to play dress-up. Lindsay Lohan had a blast, too. Nothing like good, old-fashioned wholesome fun in detox!

No word if Lindsay dressed up as a criminal this year.

Sources close to the star say “Lindsay is doing incredibly well and making amazing progress." Another source adds, “She seems so much stronger and confident.”
That's certainly good to hear for Linds. If she accepts PETA's offer to go vegetarian, she'll come out of there in a better financial position as well as physical, too.
No word on the exact costumes she donned, but LL's used to misrepresenting herself, if you know what we mean. We mean she makes up excuses a lies a lot.
